  GUARANTEE: Our products have a guarantee by life, as long as they received the suitable treatment; the tones of this one can vary since they are handmade decorated.

  CLAIMS: The claims just can proceed if they are done at the moment of the reception of the product. We do not respond to later claims by breakage and/or mistreat.

  PAYMENT: The conditions will be respected according to the decided thing in the writing order. We will not recognize any verbal agreement.

  PRICES:The prices in the list do not include IVA and are subject to changes without warning. In U.S.A. and Canada there will be no chargers by concept of taxes. The prices showed in this place are prices to public people. We applied a discount of 30 +10 % to providers, for early payment.

  DECORATIONS: The golden decoration, is gold of 24k, which makes it more fragile than the other colors; for that reason we recommended to take the following precautions: not to use chemical abrasive fibers on the decorated areas, just a cleaning humid fabric for these areas of the product.
